The electronics research line of La Salle R&D involves the sub-lines of applied electromagnetism and electromagnetic compatibility, cellular neural networks, electronics for high energy physics and particle detectors, and electronics for helping childhood traumatic brain injury recovery and specially designed for smart fabrics.

This research line, in addition to the standard control and processing electronics, develops particular designs in order to cope with previous sub-lines technological challenges, like biologic tests set-ups, learning system dynamics, robot vision and its implementation in FPGA, robust high-speed processing and acquisition systems for radiation tolerant environments and ambient assisted living focused robots and textile solutions.
