The Security and Networking research area works in different fields as diverse as Smart Electricity Networks, telematic environments associated with Ambient Assisted Living, Cloud Computing/Cloud Storage technologies, real-time computer networks, the management of communication and security during the exchange of M2M (Machine to Machine) data , quality of service in IoT (Internet of Things) and the design, analysis and modeling of routing protocols and MAC level.
