Recent advances in information technology offer opportunities for the emergence of new tools used in psychology therapies. To be successful, these tools should be affordable and easy to use. This work presents a prototype aimed to assist therapists during phobia treatments. The prototype uses Augmented Reality to create controlled visual stimulus to patients. Moreover it tracks the patient response with a heart rate monitor. The session outcomes, as long as therapist annotations, are stored to allow patient monitoring across multiple sessions. The application runs in a regular tablet computer equipped with camera and mid-end 3d computer graphics capabilities.
