Research in usability and UX is oriented to the design and testing of new methodologies to increase accuracy defining user’s needs and desires. Our work combines methods of post-modern psychology with classic qualitative techniques.
The fruit given working in this line is the design of several useful methods as BLA (bipolar laddering), NUSC (Nuclear subjective comparison) or SMG (Sensory Metaphor generation).
The UserLab use to work for private companies and research projects, the design of new methods has been always very oriented to market needs and client demands, so all of them are applicable on “every day” projects
